My Sunrise... And My Sunset.

My girlfriend asked me whether she was my sunrise, or my sunset. I thought about it for a second and immediately told her that she was both.

She was my sunrise because she represented a new beginning — a fresh chapter in my life. Like the first light of dawn breaking over the horizon, she brings a golden glow to dispel the darkness in my life.

She has made me a better person. With her, every day feels like a clean slate, a chance to grow, to dream, and to become even better.

Similar to how the first rays of the sun stir the world to life, she lights up my life and awakens my spirit. Her presence in my life has brought me a lot of joy and happiness.

She is also my sunset because she helps keep me calm and relaxed. The tranquil ending to the chaos of my day — Just like how the sunset brings serenity to the world with its soft, golden light.

I am someone who is trying to establish his own business, and make a name for himself. I have to endure a lot of hardships in pursuit of my dream.

When the world feels heavy and my soul is weary, she offers me peace and solace. Her love is the horizon I return to — A sanctuary where I can find peace, comfort, strength, and the courage to face tomorrow.

With her, the ending of a day feels so beautiful and fulfilling. I go to bed and close my eyes with an inner peace that I’ve never felt before.

I know that she is the one. She is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.

She’s my sunrise… and my sunset. A continuous and beautiful cycle.

Kindness and Tough Love.

Kindness and Tough LoveAdwaith

Someone recently told me that kindness is the most attractive quality. I couldn’t agree more. The world needs more kindness and compassion.

We need to help each other and bring out the best in one another. We need more positivity and encouragement to become better versions of ourselves.

However, kindness doesn’t mean sugarcoating the truth. I believe in facts and honesty.

While we should never be rude or aim to lower someone's morale, there are moments when delivering harsh realities is necessary to prompt action and growth.

The goal is to maintain kindness while making others aware of their situation and what they need to change.

We can communicate the truth in a way that respects the person while still pushing them to confront reality.

Some people need a bit of tough love to recognize the need for improvement and take action. In such cases, sugarcoating the truth only delays progress.

I wish I had received more tough love when I was younger. I believe it would have motivated me to act much sooner.

Tough love, when used in the right situation, is a form of kindness. It shows that we care deeply about someone’s future and genuinely want the best for them.

Ultimately, being kind doesn’t always mean being gentle. Sometimes, the kindest thing we can do is to be honest—because we care enough to push others towards growth.
